What we do about it
Words that are commonly offensive are blocked out automatically. Anyone can report a message or a person, and block them. We look at every report within 24 hours. If something breaks these terms we remove it, and we may suspend or permanently ban the account that posted it, without warning.
Your content
You own what you write and record. You let us store it and show it to the people you send it to, so the app can work. We delete it when you delete your account.
Te reo Māori content
Words, sentences and facts in the app are provided for learning. We try to get them right, but they may contain mistakes. Please tell us if you find one.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it, or for what other people say or do in it. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
