In the app
- Open Kupu Kupu and go to the Ahau tab.
- Scroll to Pūkete | Account and tap Muku i te pūkete | Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email apera.woodfine@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with (or tell us the name on your account if you signed in with Apple or Google), with the subject “Delete my Kupu Kupu account”. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What's deleted
Your sign-in, profile, photo, messages, voice recordings, game history, scores, streaks and learning progress are all deleted. Backups are cleared within 30 days.
What's kept
Reports you made about other people are kept, without your details, so we can keep acting on them.
